Devlog 6
This semester was all about organization, planning and paving the way for the development phase that we're going into next semester. The amount of planning we've done, from the GDD, project charts, schedules and lists of necessary assets was indeed very dauting at first and really put into perspective just how much we have ahead of us. However, this has already proven fruitful, as having all these documents have already helped us put into focus what we want from the game and the scope that we need to follow to have our desired outcome by the end of the semester.
Knowing our teammates has also proven very important, as it made the process of deciding how to allocate work and refining our scope and ideas was smoother than if we were just strangers. I'm very happy with the way we've been working so far and I believe that by the next semester we'll be able to not only have a good deliverable as our game's demo, but also we'll be able to remain not only good co-workers and colleagues but friends, which was one of the main concerns we had when we started this project.
