Devlog 4

This past week me and my team were scrambling to finish our deliverables. In specific, we had to formulate our presentation, decide what went into the slides, what to talk about and how and practice a lot. In my opinion, presenting to the class as a group feels much easier than alone, as there's more practice involved and everyone in the team can help each other in case someone forgets what to say or feel nervous in the middle of it.

The experience of creating the presentation actually helped us streamline parts of the game, as we realized things that either didn't make sense or that needed more streamlining or research. Creating something visually appealing was also a concern, as we tried to make the presentation visually cohesive with the game while being a means to provide a clear representation of the game for possible future co-workers and players.

Making something look professional also helped us feel more secure on the pitch, which helped in the presentation, where we used visuals from other documents to help guide the public and ourselves, which I believe would make it more entertaining as a whole.

Overall, I feel like I learnt something new for presentation building, not as a means to showcase an idea, but as a means to instigate interest from both the audience and future team members.
